I've been enjoying the little hints of springtime...
the beginnings of asparagus season
a visit at the feeder from Mr Woodpecker
the fuzzy buds and wrinkles on the pear tree
the soft golden light lasting just awhile longer each evening
summer pesto from the freezer for dinner
daffodils blooming in our front yard
Have you noticed too?
Yes, that looks like a good Monday to me!

What beautiful jonquils...reminds me of dad's green thumb. Had 60 degrees last week only to be smacked with 3" of snow later. Your pictures remind me that spring will come eventually..if we are patient! Great pictures!!!
Love the woodpecker...we are visited by all three Woodies. The Hairy, Downy and the big guy...Pileated. He is really big, size of a small chicken. Hugs...

MaryBeth - Size of a small chicken? That's pretty big! And yes, I remember Grandpa's flowers lined up along the white fence in the backyard. Wish I had paid more attention to them - would have learned a thing about gardening.
