cherry syrup? my raspberry jam recipe usually yields some jars that don't jam well and we use it on pancakes. works perfectly!

We have a Cherry Tree in our yard and I could not live without my pitter. By the way, I like the idea of sauce...it'll go great on Ice Cream. Yours looks great.

I confess I am one of those in the family that doesn't particularly like cherries. Nevertheless, I had some on toast this morning and it was really good. The consistency thickened up too, so perhaps it can be considered cherry jam after all.

Ah! A broken cherry pitter - that is terrifying! My nails are still a little stained from last week's cherry work - back at it tomorrow!

Your sauce looks delicious - I'd love to pour that over some ice cream right now!
