I can't wait to see your Annabel. I have all the yarn ready to cast on one here, but I am waiting until the wee one moves [in three weeks!].
I have been wanting to get my hands on Food in Jars, do you like it? I am done canning for the season, but my do a few more things this fall.

Kim

Loving that yarn, beautiful. No canning yet, but hoping to do some blueberry jam after picking next week.

Sometimes inching along is the best any of us can do! It's beautiful!

Hmm, food in jars looks good...always up for a good preserving book :) Only frozen fruits from the plot so far this year (oh, and bottled up elderflower cordial), we'll be lucky to get a big enough haul in to can much, sob! Lovely knit x

I love how the colours have worked up in your Annabel. Can't wait to see finished pictures. Jacinta

I'm looking forward to seeing that Annabel - and still loving the brass & steam colours...!

you are doing a great job on your knitting! I just wish life would leave me alone for a few days! I have STUFF to DO!! and my friend e=mailed me this week "foodinjars.com - go there, it's you!" Brought home a basket of blackberries from one of my church ladies today. Thinking about cobbler, but if I don't leave them alone, it won't be an option! I do Strawberry jam and Peach, but thinking there are more seeds in the blackberries this hot, dry year, than I want to pick out of my teeth next winter! Maybe I'll be ready to try that the next batch!
